Description

This is the album that collector's look for!  Elvis Presley RCA Victor LPM-1254 1st version.  This is an original printing from 1956.  My great-grandmother purchased it brand new and i have now aquired it.  The cover has light wear and the vinyl is in excellent condition!  What makes this so rare is the P.D. credit on the song titled "just because".  AND the MATRIX #'s are G2 PP1283-1s and G2 PP1282-3s. 
I am no expert but an honest man and i would rate the:

NM: no marks, no evidence of play  NM-: May have one or two very light marks which would not be noticed except for extremely close inspection and which will not affect play. 
EX: May have a few very light marks which are nearly invisible and most likely do not sound.
VG+: May have some visible light marks but no feelable scratches. May play with a minimum of noise during quiet passages
