ELVIS PRESLEY- Here is Elvis' very first record album. LPM-1254. Made in 1956. This is the very 1st pressing with 1 S stamper and the rare PD credit. See below>
The first release of this record credited the song writing to the song "Just Because" to P.D. - Public Domain. You can only imagine how surprised the authors were to find they weren't able to get on the gravy train.
The song writing credits were quickly changed on subsequent pressings. The record guides don't mention this fact. But serious record collectors look for this issue.
The cover is excellent, NO split seams, has light shelf wear and a few pen marks on lower right front. The record is MINT-, beautiful high gloss, labels are clear and bright. has a few feather scratches. Original inner sleeve.
