You'll Never Walk Alone consisted primarily of previously released Gospel recordings by Presley dating back as far as 1957. You'll Never Walk alone was a minor hit single for him in the late 1960s. Two previously unissued recordings are included: "Let Us Pray" from the soundtrack of Presley's 1969 film, Change of Habit and "Who Am I?", a leftover from the early-1969 recording sessions that produced his album From Elvis in Memphis.

This album was originally released in the UK in a mono version. The stereo version was given a totally diffrent sleeve, and was withdrawn shortly after its release. I think the problem was that the same sleeve had been used for another release in Germany (?), but I am not 100% certain...
