This Ep comes with a gatefold sleeve and 4~page black and white photo album.

Probably dates from early 1970's(?)~but only guessing here~might be earlier.
No idea of origin and looks like a 'Far East 'unofficial pressing' on a label called EP Records~A Sunrise Production.
Also managed to mistake Hound Dog with Hot Dog!!!
