Description

This is an auction for the ultra rare single by Elvis Presley, All Shook Up / That's When Your heartaches Begin.

Released on HMV Records in 1957 and has catalogue number POP359. This is the Purple & Gold label HMV release and has the rarer push out centre. The matrix numbers for this single are: H2-WW-0256-1N on both sides.

Condition:

Label 1 has a tiny scuff at six oclock, and a few tiny spider spindle marks, these of course can only be seen under the closest of examinations. Please check the pictures and you will see this label is in excellent condition- with no fading, fingermarks or dirt rings.

Label 2: This label is also excellent, Clean with no faults other than tiny spider spindle marks.

Vinyl Side 1: The vinyl on side 1 has a few tiny surface marks ( one tiny drag mark and a few whisper scratches).These for the most part, can only be seen under very close examination The vinyl maintains its sheen and has not been over played. I have just played this side of this record and i'm very pleased to say that it plays fine with only one or two crackles / pops through out. The vinyl for this side is graded at Very Good.

Side 2: This is slightly better than side one as it does not have the very small drag mark, it has a few whisper scratches again for the most part only seen under very close examination. This side plays and looks as side 1, with one or two light crackles / pops through, the record maintains it's shine. This side is also graded at Very Good.

This also comes with I think it's original HMV company sleeve, please check the pictures as i'm not positive on this as Record Collector 2006 does not mention any details of the company sleeve it would have come with.
