Original X-RAY roentgen record  8" inch 78 rpm made in S0VIET UNI0N in 1950s by                 underground manufacturers.   one side record.                           ELVIS PRESLEY"Mystery train"  the practice of imprinting an audio track onto   dicarded x-ray plates developed by underground music pirates   in the Soviet Union during the 1950s until it was    illegal by the Kremlin in 1959.
Ribs (Russian: «?????», translit. ryobra), also being called Music on ribs (Russian: «?????? ?? ??????»), Jazz on bones (Russian: «???? ?? ??????»), are slang names for x-ray shots, mostly a fluorography ones,  turned into improvised gramophone recordings.  These were a black market method of smuggling in and distributing forbidden music by foreign and  emigre musicians who were banned from broadcasting in the USSR. Actual medical X-Rays, purchased  from hospitals and clinics, were used for the technology; the X-Rays were cut into the shape of records.   CONDITION: COVER and RECORD :  no cover  /  EX
