Description

VinylHead Records - Amarillo, Texas

ELVIS Presley Aug 6, 1955 First Pressing of Sun #223 Mystery Train and I Forgot To Remember To Forget.

Visual grade is VG+, but Play grade is Excellent with only the slightest background noise. NO skips or even any pops. Really sounds fantastic!!! Labels look great and vinyl is nice and shiny. A few marks are present on the A Side that do not effect play. Item was play tested using headphones. Quite a nice copy!

Original Brown Sleeve

I obtained this record as part of a collection of Four Original Elvis Sun Records from an older gentleman in Amarillo, Texas approximately 16 yrs ago.

All of the items I am listing from this collection are in the same state as when I purchased them. They have been safely stored away from light for the past 2 decades. The Original Brown Sleeve will be shipped separated from the record with both being in the same plastic sleeve. A nice plain white sleeve will be provided for the record itself. Further padded protection and great care will be utilized when packing your new treasure in a well taped 45 mailer.

I am selling much of my personal collection over the next few weeks. I've accumulated these items over a few decades. I try to describe condition as best i can and refrain from listing items that people would think were of  inferior quality. The exception would be items that are rare. Some things I will be listing in the near future include  Orig Sun #209, #210, #217 and #223, Louisiana Hayride Elvis Presley, Scotty Moore and Bill Black Autographs, Louisiana Hayride Elvis Presley, Floyd Cramer, Hank Thompson and Jimmy Newman Autographs from Sept 5, 1955, Pink Floyd - More Soundtrack on Tower US Scranton 1st pressing, A Saucerful of Secrets US Winchester Pressing Striped Label and Obscured By Clouds US Harvest LA pressing, Grateful Dead Debut Orig 1969 Monophonic First pressing, Lot of 30 BB King 45s on Kent, 2 volume SFTRI Compilation featuring Mark Ryden cover art, Probably the best would be the 2nd State Beatles Butcher Mono in EXCELLENT condition!!!!MUCH, MUCH MORE so stay tuned.
