Condition:   

Vinyl:  Condition of vinyl is beautiful NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found.  Labels on both sides are clean and pristine.  Fidelity is superb.  You will not find a nicer copy anywhere.

Picture sleeve:  EXCELLENT with no ring wear or surface wear, pinholes, writing, crinkles, stickers, or impressions.  The only flaw is a small area at the upper right corner where there is approximately one inch of chipping along the seam.  If not for that flaw, I would consider this sleeve to be an absolute beauty.  

NOTE:  This item came from a large collection of 45 rpm records and picture sleeves, where the original owner – a dedicated Elvis fan - stored the picture sleeves separately from the discs in a separate platter pack.  This resulted in the sleeves being preserved in pristine condition over the years so that the sleeves are in virtually the same condition as when originally purchased in the 1950s-60s.  The records appear to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with the utmost care.  You will be hard pressed to find nicer examples.
