ELVIS rock roll 45 + PS picture sleeve RCA 8360 “Viva Las Vegas” NM HEAR

Label: RCA Victor. Label is black with silver text, nipper logo at top. Catalog number is 47-8360.
Year: 1964
Condition:
Vinyl: Vinyl grades stunning NM with 100% of original gloss. Has been played a very small number of times, perhaps once or twice, and handled with utmost care. Fidelity is superb. Labels on both sides are clean except for small numbered index sticker on one side and residue from small piece of cellophane tape.
Picture sleeve: Gem NM with no rips, splits, ringwear or surface wear, pinholes, writing, crinkles, impressions, or other issues. An absolute beauty!
NOTE: This item came from a large collection of 45 rpm records and picture sleeves, where the original owner – a dedicated Elvis fan - stored the picture sleeves separately from the discs in a separate platter pack. This resulted in the sleeves being preserved in pristine condition over the years so that the sleeves are in virtually the same condition as when originally purchased in the 1950s-60s. The records appear to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with the utmost care. You will be hard pressed to find nicer examples.
