Description
EMI ALP 1479: Sibelius Violin Concerto and Suk Four Pieces Op. 17 performed by the Philharmonia Orchestra with soloist Ginette Neveu conducted by Walter Susskind. CONDITION: Jacket is VG+ (has some minor general wear, minor laminate lift at opening and minor ring wear). The LP has seen better days unfortunately and is probably best regarded as a ‘filler’. It has a number of surface marks, some of which affect play. I have played it and, on my system (with a Pioneer SA 610 amp at level 3 (pretty loud!)), I heard approx. 56 scattered ticks during side 1 including 3 lots of 4 consecutive and 1 x 3 consecutive ticks plus a pressing flaw at the start which sounds approx. 14 times. Side two has approx. 86 ticks including 15, 7, 3 and 4 consecutive ones. It also has a couple of pressing flaws which sound for 6 and 6 revs.

For box sets the total will be based on number of records plus add one more for the box.
I strongly recommend that packages/items worth over £20 are sent by ‘Royal Mail Signed For‘ or ‘Special Delivery Guaranteed’ (depending on compensation required up to £500) to UK addresses and by ‘International Signed For’ to Europe and ROW (provides compensation upto £250 or £500 depending on destination).
Packages over 2kg sent via Royal Mail will need to be split.
