Description

This Auction is for The Lp - Beethoven Symphony No 7 in A Major, Op. 92 - Guido Cantelli conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra.

White/Gold Label Pressing on the Hmv Records Label - ASD 254.

Side 1: First & Second Movements.

Side 2 : Third & Fourth Movements.

Vinyl - Vg - Looks little played and retains a nice glossy surface shine, however there are some surface marks visible (mainly on side 2), The Record plays very good with no jumps or skips - there is background static crickle and crackle quite frequently which is more noticeable in quieter passages, also a couple of clicks were heard on either side - Still a great listen and plays very good overall.

Sleeve - Fair - Provided in original sleeve which shows age related wear and is pretty scruffy - it has a tape repair to the bottom rear opening edge where a piece has been torn off as well as creasing and discoulouring etc - see pics.

Vinyl - Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
