On Feb-15-15 at 20:02:38 PST, seller added the following information: Additional notes about this EXTREMLY RARE item. It is by far the best copy i had in my hands (i had 3). The cover practically flawless i graded it conservatively EX but in my opinion it is very close to NM. The record except a couple barely visible scuffs is in excellent conditions and plays also excellent with very minimal noise, some pops here and there in quiet parts. it's been played probably 2 or 3 times. Very Clean, Has very little static dust. Previous owners apparently handled it with great care.
