Note : musiche composte da Ennio Morricone, direzione d'orchestra di Pierluigi Urbini. Davvero sorprendente per originalità e suoni il primo brano. Voci, un breve accenno a una canzone italiana di quel momento, schiamazzi e grida, tutto dall'audio originale del film, vengono circondati dalle note sincopate di una pianola o strumento similare e dell'orchestra, dando vita ad atmosfere surreali, di gusto circense dove l'allegria nasconde uno lato di tristezza come le lacrime dietro la buffonesca maschera di un pagliaccio. Sul secondo lato un tema malinconico con un iniziale partenza di note ben scandite dal pianoforte a cui segue subito dopo l'intervento dell'orchestra. Brano che riflette splendidamente umori di rimpianto e nostalgia.

Notes : music Ennio Morricone, orchestra Pierluigi Urbini. Indeed amazing for originality and sounds the first tune. Voices, a brief mention in an italian song of the moment, shouts and cries, everything from audio of the film, are surrounded by syncopated notes of a player piano or similar instrument and orchestra giving life to surrealistic atmospheres. A sort of circus music where the cheerfulness hides a side of sadness as the tears behind the comical mask of a clown. On the second track a melancholy theme with an initial departure of well articulated notes from the piano to which follows immediately after the intervention of the orchestra. A tune that magnificently reflects humors of regret and nostalgia.

Una commedia intrisa di satira, grottesco e malinconia. Produzione Italiana, regia di Luciano Salce. Con Donatella Turri, Luigi Tenco, Umberto D'Orsi e Liù Bosisio.
