ENRICO CARUSO: 

Victor matrix B-17198. Vecchia zimarra ("The Coat Song") from LA BOHEME.

Caruso made this recording of the bass aria from LA BOHEME as a lark for his friends in 1916. Never intended for issue, several copies were pressed for his personal use. In 1949, an existing copy was dubbed and issued by RCA as a special item. This is a one-sided vinyl test of that dub, mx. D9-QB-7758-1. N- condition, looks and plays new.
