ENRICO MAINARDI, cello PLAYS HAYDN CONCERTO RARE FIRST 1952 GERMAN DGG 10” LP
Enrico Mainardi, cello with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Fritz Lehmann playing Haydn: Concerto for Violoncello and Orchestra in D Major, Op. 101 – Very rare First German 10” Mono LP on Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft 16023 LP with tulip label (Alle Rechte), gatefold cover and blue strip. Dates engraved in the dead wax area are 11.9.52 and 17.11.52 – Cover: VG+ (some ring wear, some creases on the lower part, some age staining on the internal part) / Record: Side A: Close to NM / Side B: has a small barely feelable scratch in the beginning, otherwise is in Close to NM condition.
