1. If you buy more than one item, that do not required immediate payment, please wait for your invoice. This way I can reduce your postage costs.
2. Postage quotes include a Minimal charge for Packaging.
3. Most small items will be sent in NEW padded envelopes. Larger items will be sent in a box.
Boxed items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and then brown paper and marked 'Fragile'. Some Delicate items will ALWAYS Be sent in a box even if they are in their own box.
4. If you would prefer that I send your item via a different Royal Mail postal service,
please contact me and I will quote for the service you require.
5. Please ensure that you pay for your item within 3 days of the auction ending.
If you can't pay before 3 days, please contact me.
If you do not contact me before this time an unpaid item dispute with be automatically opened.
RETURNS:
I accept returns;
a. If your item has been damaged in the post, please contact me and return it within 7 days.
b. If, after 3 weeks your item has not arrived, it may be 'lost in the post'.
I always obtain a proof of posting slip for ALL items.
This way you can claim for your lost item.
If you would prefer that I claim, then I will only refund for your item/postage once the claim has paid me.
For ALL Returns, I will happily refund you for your original postage.
RETURN postage is payable by the buyer.
