Description

Eric clapton: "24 nights" double lp set, rare first uk vinyl pressing, 8th october 1991.

Recorded live in 1990 & 1991 at the 'royal albert hall, london.

Warner reprise/duck records, exclusive uk only catalogue number: wx 373 

Matrix:

Record 2: 7699 - 26420 - 1 c /  7699 - 26420 - 1 d

There was only the one extremely limited pressing on vinyl made in 1991, then never pressed again on vinyl.

The 'wx 373' catalogue number was on all the uk originals, warner/reprise had all their records pressed in germany to uk specifications. 

The uk 'wx 373' catalogue number is on the labels and top left corner of the back of the cover as a top heading, found again on both custom printed inner sleeves. 

Record 1 & record 2 have individual artwork, their track listings are in peter blake's handwriting and the drawings made inside 

The royal albert hall, the same as the album cover's titles and track listing.  Peter blake's superb drawings were signed by him

On the inner sleeves and gatefold cover, or I would not be saying it was his handwriting.  

Condition:

Two individual cream colour paper inner sleeves, with peter blakes artwork and graphic design, both unfaded, unsplit and unaged, with just a small amount of crinkling

The gatefold cover shows very slight wear around the edges, spine is still excellent, the cream background colour unfaded and unaged.

All four sides of the records look in superb condition and must be hardly played.
