These 6 records have been professionally cleaned and graded inline with the record collector guidelines.
I will give as much info as possible below on each record and add anything noted during the play test.
Record 1: This has a strange 'mottling' all over side 1. This is luckily completely superficial and the audio is a strong EX+ with no major issues such as skips, sticks or clicks and next to no surface noise. Side 2 is really clean with no such mottling and plays in a similar fashion. This record has a slight amount of arm movement noticeable on each side, but nothing extreme.
Record 2: This is really clean, has a vivid lustre and plays really well. It has one small mark at the beginning of track 4 on side 2 that causes 10-12 light ticks. Other then this all the other audio is superb and near mint is quality.
Record 3: Beautifully clean and plays super with little to no interference or surface noise.
Record 4: Beautifully clean and plays super with little to no interference or surface noise.
Record 5: Beautifully clean and plays super with little to no interference or surface noise.
Record 6: Beautifully clean and plays super with little to no interference or surface noise.
So overall I would grade the vinyls as a solid EX+ overall. Other than the visual issue of the mottling on side 1 and brief period of light ticks in track 4 side 4 there is next to no interference or issues to report, with the majority of the sides beautifully clean and with superb audio.
The box itself is in very good condition. It has some wear to the edges and one of the corners has split(see pics). Other than this split up one corner there is also some grubbiness to the top and bottom, and a scuff or small 1" area of damage to the bottom left corner of the rear. Overall it is still solid and tidy enough however but it does have some wear as mentioned. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains all four of its original inners which are in a similar excellent condition with no splits, pen marks or tears but some creasing and mild ring marks.

Songwriters and Publishers index sheet in very good+ condition with light creasing and mild discolouring.
Eric Clapton picture/info booklet in superb near mint condition with little to no sign of handling.
About the Capo info insert in excellent+ condition with just light signs of handling.
Eric Clapton 25 years programme in excellent condition with no serious issues but minor signs of handling.
The boxset/records will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent within 24hrs of receiving payment to try and ensure a swift delivery.
