Description
ERIC CLAPTON From The Cradle 2011 150g Vinyl 2LP Test Pressing CREAM BLIND FAITH
Eric Clapton - From The Cradle
2011 lightweight vinyl (150ish grams) test pressing made by Record Industry. Test pressing labels on all four sides. Discs come housed in factory inner sleeves with info stickers affixed on front.
Although the matrix etchings are identical to the 2014 reissue, that release was pressed on 180g vinyl. This test pressing from three years earlier is not the same weight. It is unknown why there was a three year gap, or a change in vinyl weight, but this was likely a proposed regular weight vinyl reissue intended for 2011 that was shelved or deleted. This might also explain the matrix/catalog number difference between this test pressing (1-52899) and the reissue from three years later (45735-1).
Condition: Disc M-, Sleeves M-
Important notes about our grading:
We grade conservatively, accurately and honestly. S/S, M, M- (NM), VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, WBR (Poor). We do not use EX (many dealers' EX would be our VG).
Available for pick-up. Please call first.
