Condizioni : la copertina, laminata frontalmente, ha ancora la sua originale linguetta (è molto difficile al giorno d'oggi trovare gli extended play francesi con la loro "languette" intatta), si può notarla nella scansione n° 2;  grande stato, MINT- / vinile che pur mostrando pochi segnetti superficiali rivela all'ascolto un discreto numero di leggeri ticchettii anche in considerazione del lento andamento musicale dei brani. Un timbro della casa discografica per usi di promozione è presente in un lato dell'etichetta, si osservi, per cortesia, la scansione n° 3. Bello stato, VG++

Conditions : laminated cover on the front has still its original tag (it is very difficult nowadays to find the french EPs with their pristine "languette"), please look at scan nr. 2., MINT- / vinyl, although only showing a few minor scuffs, reveals at the listening a fair number of light clicks even in consideration of the slow musical development of the tracks. A record company stamping for promotional use is present on a side of the label, please look at scan nr. 3. VG++

Note : musiche composte nella prima parte del 20° secolo da Erik Satie (1866 - 1925). Spiritualità ed innovazione musicale, due caratteristiche tipiche del grande compositore Francese, si possono avvertire nei quattro brani per solo pianoforte. Le sue note creano atmosfere colme di solitudine, tristezza, disperazione. Il pianista, Claude Helffer, ha enorme talento. 

Notes : music composed in the early twentieth century by Erik Satie (1866-1925). Spirituality and musical innovation, two typical characteristics of the great French composer, can be perceived in the four tracks for solo piano. Its notes create atmospheres full of loneliness, sadness, despair. The pianist, Claude Helffer, has huge talent.  

Dall'omonimo romanzo, scritto nel 1931 da Pierre Drieu La Rochelle, un film drammatico di produzione Francese. Regia di Louis Malle, con Maurice Ronet, Léna Skerla, Yvonne Clech, Jean-Paul Moulinot, Jeanne Moreau, Hubert Deschamps e Alexandra Stewart.
