Sleeve Included: Yes a plain inner sleeve with the bar on the right edge to remove and replace the inner sleeve
Vinyl Grade: VERY GOOD+ the disc has some very light surface marks but nothing deep and very clean and glossy overall
Jacket Grade: VERY GOOD+ jacket has only 3 small X written on back cover and some very light corner and edge wear, but clean overall and not far from NEAR MINT
