Description

Lewis recorded a few rare items under various other names inc West Texas Slim. This issue and one other -on the impossibly rare Pelican label- used what I assume was his real name. This is pure country blues with Lewis on guitar with an unknown harp player. A nice sounding record though and quite scarce. A minor gem. Not sure how Parrot got hold of it! Los Angeles, 1952/3.
