ESX 202 COLUMBIA CHINESE LP - "East Meets West" - V/A 60s female Grace Chang Loo
Rare issue of a Chinese pop LP from the 60s. Apparently distributed in Hong Kong and Singapore. Record states MADE IN AUSTRALIA. Check the photos for track listing.
Condition:
Vinyl: VG - noticeable cosmetic defects and recurring noise, but easily listenable and satisfying for a rare record.
Cover: VG - numerous scuffs, creases, and edgewear, but all seams are intact and the graphics are unsullied. Small name (Ching) written in biro on front and label.

All records are shipped out of their sleeves in a complementary mylar sleeve. Stiff cardboard mailers and copious amounts of bubble wrap are used to ensure safe delivery.

GRADING
I grade to Goldmine standard, although I also use EX as many classical records have very quiet sections and the listening experience between NM and EX may be significant to some buyers.
M (Mint) The record is sealed and has never been played. The cover has no wear visible anywhere.
NM (Near Mint) The record has no marks, is glossy, and should play like new. The cover if examined carefully in may have a crease or some darkening but could pass for new if resealed.
EX (Excellent) The record plays like new but has smudges that affect the visual condition OR background noise is detectable in introductions or very quiet sections. The cover has a noticeable fault such as wear along an edge or the beginnings of ringwear but is otherwise NM.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) The record has been played before, and noise is beginning to appear, but it should never detract from the music. The cover may have small creases, ringwear, or biro marks (though not all) but is still highly visually appealing
VG (Very Good) The LP is lightly to moderately scratched, with clicks and pops or fairly consistent noise. The cover is showing its age, with taped edges or substantial discolouring, but is still holding together fine. If I list an LP in this condition it is likely either rare or a fairly loud pressing, so you can still count on an enjoyable listening experience.
G+ (Good Plus) The LP is noisy enough that the music is submerged. The cover may have been used to smoke joints on, or a portion of it has been torn off. This is the lowest condition I will list and then only for the priciest of grails.
G or P (Good or Poor) The LP skips repeatedly, has chips in it, or is quite broken. The cover is probably better off as a coaster.
Plus (+) and minus (-) modifiers are used to give extra detail in the higher echelons.
Records are graded visually, with spot checks to ensure an accurate grading. Some LPs may be PLAY-GRADED; this will be mentioned specially in the description, and ensures an extremely accurate grading.
