Artist: Eyouel and choir / Choir of Patriot Association
Tracks: Wottatoch Tenesou / Tebebe Tasaoura

An excellent example of the beautiful and difficult to find early music of Ethiopia - in fact, the first issue on the JOE- series, recorded in the early 1950s by HMV. This features the masenqo fiddle, male vocals, percussion, and a more driving rhythm than usual, both sides. Beautiful stuff!
