Rare chance at an original green turquoise / gold print mono first pressing of this beautiful an enormously important recording!

Cover condition: The beautiful profile cover of Etta is well preserved, bright and brilliant w/ no tears, stickers, writing or ringwear. There is some wear along the top and bottom seams. Both have been neatly taped but (as pictured) the top is splitting again. Spine is crisp, clean and legible.
Vinyl condition: Played and showing outward signs of wear with numerous scuffs and scratches, the record has no issues playing through on my Tehnics direct drive. The sound is speckled with cracks and pops that - while never desirable - add a certain smoky, nostalgic ambience to these gorgeous torch songs. Essential listening. Note this is a lower grade copy!
