ARGO LP-4003

Rare original mono deep groove pressing LP in stunning (mostlly) VG+ condition

Cover shows some shelf wear. Top and bottom clearly taped a long time ago. There's a dollop of what I think must be dried glue under the A in Etta. No writing. See photo.

Vinyl boasts a good deal of its original shine, gloss and luster. I can see some, and really not that many, superficial surface marks on the faces. There is one mark, about 1" long just slightly less than parallel to the grooves near track 3 on side one, that I can lightly feel to the touch. I just played this LP and it sounds fantastic and tracks without issue but did produce a small "pop" for a few revolutions when playing over this one described issue. I'll grade at VG+ with the noted exception of that one small area.

All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
