Description

This is an original "White label Promotional" pressing on Atlantic Records,Cat# SD-8281(stereo) The condition of the cover is (NM) Near Mint, with a "Promo Copy" sticker on the front (see pix) The seams/edges are all very clean with little or no wear, all corners are intact and it looks like it was opened yesterday! The condition of the vinyl is also (NM) Near Mint, with beautiful bright shiny wax that is practically spotless!! The sound quality is fantastic, absolutely no surface noise or even a hint at a pop! The white label reads "promo copy not for sale" and is also "spotless" Released in 1971 the LP has done more than withstand the test of time, it has become a Funk and Soul icon, and many have learned much from it's content, musically and personally as it hits the heart and mind!
