Description
Harry Shalson -- not a jazz singer, but a good pop singer -- sings "Just Imagine" and "Same As We Used to Do" on HMV B3647, accompanied by a Ray Noble unit that includes Norman Payne and Danny Polo, both of whom are heard in pleasing short solos and/or obbligatos on the "Imagine" side. Recorded in London on October 10, 1930. (If you like "With My Guitar and You," recorded a few days earlier, you'll want to have this one as well.) The other side is a waltz.
This record is in E condition on the "Imagine" side and E- condition on the waltz side. It is a grainy pressing.
