Details: I don't think this was ever offered on eBay before. I am relisting this one for the second and last time with no reserve price. Actually the first time I listed this two weeks ago, I had an inferior copy but I could upgrade it and this is in much better overall condition! This is the LP which includes the withdrawn Turkish entry of the 1979 Eurovision contest, both sung in Turkish and English. The band 21.PERON won the Turkish finals to go to the contest in Israel but due to the political pressure of the muslim Arab countries (lest not forget the severe petrol crisis of the time!) Turkey decided to withdraw itself from the finals in Israel. But since the tune was voted number 1 in Turkey, the band went on to record an album. If they'd gone to Israel, I think a single would have been put out but since this didn't happen, the song was released on their one and only LP. Songs are "Seviyorum" (their song for Eurovision), "Ne Olur Ustume Varma Anne", "Yagmurlu Deniz", "Anlatamiyorum", "Gecenin Bu Yaninda", "Danset", "Birdenbire", "Keske", "Gelsene", "Deli Melahat", "I Love You" (this is the English version of "Seviyorum"). Somehow the LP didn't sell well and thus it's one of the most sought after rarities in Turkey right now. Rare!
