Description
A bit of a mystery with this 12" of Eurythmics' first release.
The Record Collector price guide states this comes just with a picture sleeve. And it does, but my copy is housed inside a gatefold folder, with the same image on the front, and a plain white back. Opened up, the folder has a flap to the lower edge, which holds the sleeve and disc in place.
As there is a contact name, and RCA address on the flap, I wonder if it is a promo. There is npthing on the sleeve, or label which states this.
The condition of the sleeve and folder is VG+, with virtually no creasing or rubbing to either. It is let down a bit by some age type brown spotting, mainly on the rear of the folder, and the rear of the sleeve, which suprised me somewhat, but then I realised that this was released a quarter of a century ago.......now that's frightening!
The record itself is EX, no scratches, clean and shiny. A few faint surface marks visible under a light, but none audible. Just a few light crackles in the silent groove.
The labels look brand new.
