This is actually HONEY LTD. after a name change and their first L.H.I. album, which technically was not really released, although some copies apparently leaked out via a disruption in the time-space continuum. Lots of heavy L.A. talent on here, Joe Osborne, Hal Blaine, James Burton, Ry Cooder, etc.
