Description
Exceptional stereo copy of the 1966 Everly Brothers LP, "Two Yanks in England", Warner Bros. WS1646 in the original shrink wrap. I purchased this record in 1966 and it is from my personal collection.
The backing musicians on most of the tracks is actually The Hollies, who wrote eight of the twelve songs under "L. Ransford", The Hollies' Allan Clarke, Tony Hicks, and Graham Nash songwriting pseudonym. Jimmy Page is also rumoured to have played on the record as a session musician.
The vinyl is in "NM-" condition with a few minor paper scuffs that do not affect playback; it has been played minimally and stored in a poly lined paper sleeve since purchase.
The jacket is in "NM-" condition with no visible ringwear; there are no cutout holes, rips or seam splits; some mild age foxing is present on the back cover (see photos).
