Description

Here is a very well preserved original 1957 Julie London album from my collection offered up for sale: This is an original pressing of Julie London's fourth album "ABOUT THE BLUES"  released 1957 by Liberty Records  LRP-3043 MONO, with turquoise labels, heavy vinyl and inner sleeve. On this album features Julie performs "Bye Bye Blues", "Basin street blues","Meaning of the blues" written by producer Bobby "Rt 66" Troup, "Blues in the night" written by Johnny Mercer & Harold Arlen, and many more! Wonderful instrumental accompaniment by the Russ Garcia Orchestra!
The vinyl grades EX, is super glossy and clean, a couple light marks, has been very well cared for! PLAY TESTED, plays great from start to finish with very good sound quality, a very enjoyable listen! The original press turquoise  labels are clean, no stickers or writing.
The cover rates VG+, no splits, beautiful front cover! no signatures or writing, one faint drink ring on rear cover.
