Description

Here is a RARE vintage original PROMO lp album from my collection offered up for sale: This is an original 1962 DJ White Label PROMO pressing of  Bobby Vee "Bobby Vee Meets the Ventures"  released by Liberty Records  LRP-3280 MONO. Note: Bobby was called to fill in on the "Winter Dance Tour" after a light airplane crash took the lives of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper AKA J.P. Richardson and their pilot. Bob Dylan has recounted how he performed some gigs with Bobby Vee as his "piano player". Dylan has also performed Bobby Vee's songs in concert.Thank you and  R.I.P. Bobby Vee!
The heavy weight record grades EX, outstanding! is glossy and clean, has only a few light marks, has been very well cared for! PLAY TESTED, plays great from start to finish with excellent sound quality, a very enjoyable listen! The DJ promo labels are beautiful & clean, no stickers or writing! 
The cover rates EX, is clean, has deep color, bright white, no signatures or writing, no cut outs, No splits , beautiful clean portrait of bobby! Has AUDITION RECORD stamp on rear cover.(see photos).
