Description
Here is a vintage original album offered up for sale: Patti Smith's 1975 debut 1st album "Horses" released by Arista Records AL 4066 Stereo, has the 1975 design "white lettering" label, has the STERLING logo stamped in the dead wax, still has printed inner sleeve. The cover has only very light shelf wear and the vinyl has been well cared for! Music features Patti's freeform and poetic vocal with a great Rock/Blues band backing her, is said to be one of the most influential albums of it's time.
The vinyl rates strong EX, is super glossy and clean, just a couple small light marks, disc has been well cared for. This record has been PLAY TESTED and plays excellent, just a few light pops at the lead-in edge, minimal surface noise, an enjoyable listen! One of the labels has a blue mark.
The cover rates EX, is clean and bright with gloss, edges and corners have minimal wear, no splits, no tape, binder edge has a couple rubs/wrinkles to slick but is still partly readable, back has a small tear to slick at top, no signatures or writing, no stains, a great 43 year old cover! Paper sleeve has a several center splits neatly taped. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a .3ml plastic sleeve in a record box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in "throw away" paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits.
