THIS IS A RECORDING OF THE ALBUM UP FOR SALE
This Lp was released on the 10th July 1964. The 45rpm was released in April and at that time the Beatles' film had yet to get a title and as the story goes, Ringo emerged from a long days work saying "It's been a hard day," then seeing it was already dark added " 's night." This was then announced to the press as the title on the 17th of April. Ringo may have seen this phrase before in Lennons book "Sad Michael."
Holding a number 1 postition for a huge 21 weeks, from July the 25th!!!
This is also the ONLY Beatles album to have every track written by Lennon/McCartney.

EX! Lovely heavy vinyl with a gorgeous sheen. There are just light marks, with sound reproduction being superb!
I have just listened to the whole album and didn't find any less enjoyment in playback, just a little bit of occasional background crackle in the quieter sections-run in and out..that's it really.
Very nice indeed.

Labels: VG. Lovely and clear. Spindle marks visible when angled towards bright light, with obvious central hole wear-side 1 appears to have had the hole touched up a little..looks OK though...Please see the detailed pictures.
Outer text "The Parlophone Co. LTD" (ONLY 1st Press have this) it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.
Raised "KT" tax code to side 1.
Cover: EX+!! Solid, SMALL mono in top right corner. Shiny front cover...With just a fw very small crescent of spidering to the front laminted cover and a few insignificant indentations.
Still has a glorious white card backing

The Garrod and Lofthouse flipbacks are in wonderfully strong condition.
STRONG, UNCRUSHED & LEGIBLE spine.
NO rips or tears!!
Has "Patents Pending" to back bottom right corner flipback.
ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN
Inner: NEAR MINT!! ORIGINAL 'Use Emitex' Inner-Poly-lined, which has certainly done her job in keeping the record in a very nice condition.
