This Lp was released on the 3rd of December 1965 and stayed at the number 1 position for a total of 9 weeks from Christmas that year....What a pressie to unwrap!

WONDERFUL...I can only see very light marks to the vinyl, which do not affect playback.
Sounds FAB-After professionally cleaning her on a Vacuum Record Cleaner I had the joy of playing her all the way through, very carefully(!) and was incredibly happy with the clear clarity of the audio-even with incredbly quite transitions of tracks and run-ins!!

There are light spindle marks evident when angled towards the light, as well as three of four needle marks to side 2...I am being rather critical-VERY FRAMEABLE
No "Sold in the U.K." text. Rim text starts with "The Gramaphone Co.LTD"
ONLY 1 EMI BOX
These were around for a very short time in 1969-soon to be replaced by the more familiar 2 box EMI labels.

Even the back card remains white!!
 An ALL ORIGINAL 1 Box EMI STEREO cover with the rarer 3 Garrod and Lofthouse flipbacks...The early ones were made with 3 flipbacks and later with the flipbacks inside the cover.
The corners remain strong and sharp, with barely any rubbing.
The spine is in SUPERB & UNCRUSHED condition.
NO WRITING
There are quite a few lines of spidering to the laminate near the opening.


Inner:

The original Sepia advertising inner from EMI:
 "Add These Outstanding Lps To Your Collection"
NO splits.
NO writing
Only slight discolouration.
