General Description:   Yes, you are about to bid on an early STEREO first press, a very early one, still holding a stereo catalog number "STO" instead of the later common "SMO", introduced only a month later.
This copys cover comes with original Golden Stereo Sticker in SUPERB condition on both front and back. Plus the original b/w pictures Odeon inner sleeve. This "nice package" comes in a superb, allover excellent condition...
The singular 'bad point' to be aware of is a split to the top of the cover; 9cm. However, this is not visible either from the front or back when framed or laid flat.
All I can see on the vinyl are VERY light and whispy marks...After playing her ALL THE WAY through on BOTH SIDES, I was INCREDIBLY happy with the quality of sound reproduction. Have a listen to the sound clip provided.
Very little occasional background noise, which I am sure will dissapear all together with a gentle professional clean.
FLAT as the day she was born...As shiny as the day she was born too.
The labels are BRIGHT WHITE with the gold rim and red rim text-showing just very light spindle marks-when looking for them and angled towards the light.

Further info: »With The Beatles« was published worldwide, BUT first in Germany, ten days prior to its release in motherland U.K.
 It was the first Beatles album in Germany at all! (»Please Please Me« released for allied military forces on ZTOX in limited numbers only in mid 1964, the "German Version" »Tanzschaffe«, same sound track, in January 1964.)
Both the early stereo and early mono first presses, featured a "last minute note" ("Letzte Meldung" in German) on back of cover, beacause of a van robbery: British thiefs had robbed a van packed with Beatles albums coming straight from the EMI's records plant in Hayes, Middlesex.

AS A NOTE: The start of track 3, side 1 (All My Loving) starts with a Ringo countdown of 3 taps...UNUSUAL-never hear that start for this song on any other officially released Beatles record...

The copy up for auction here is both a worldwide first pressing and "equipped" with that certain note on the cover's reverse side, as well as stickers, and inner sleeve, and it comes in a superb quality!

SO, YOU LUCKY PEOPLE...THIS IS A SUPERB PIECE OF BEATLE HISTORY-COMPLETE AND IN EQUALLY SUPERB CONDITION!
I HAVE NOT SEEN A COPY IN SUCH FANTASTIC AND COMPLETE STATE AS THIS ONE HERE.
