Description

Here is an album from my collection offered up for sale: The Who's 1969 theme album "TOMMY", this is a 1st pressing on Decca DXSW 7205 with the rainbow "Stereophonic" labels, gloversville pressing, both discs look minimally played. The "roll-fold" gatefold cover has metallic gold record sticker, still has color booklet with lyrics. This is a double album full of hit songs "We're Not Gonna Take It, Pinball Wizard, I'm Free, (I'm a) Sensation" and more, this one looks minimally played and handled!
The vinyl grades EX, are both super clean and super glossy, just a few light marks, nothing heavy, have been very well cared for. PLAY TESTED, play great from start to finish with bright sound, a few light background pops, overall minimal surface noise and a very enjoyable listen! Labels are super clean with only a few spindle marks.
The cover rates EX, is super clean with deep color, seams have only a bit of wear to the color in a few spots and are solid, binder edge is readable, corners have a bit of wear to color and had one small split at binder top neatly taped (common problem with this pressing), no age discoloration, no signatures or writing, minimal ring wear, has been very well cared for! The booklet is excellent, clean and bright, looks minimally handled.
Will be shipped in plastic sleeve inside a record mailing box with tracking. The vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeves outside cover to prevent cover splits.
