Description

Here is a RARE ORIGINAL Elvis Presley record from my collection offered up for auction/sale:  "Elvis Presley" his debut album from 1956, his very first album, in well cared for condition! Released in 1956 on RCA LPM-1254 MONO. This is an original first pressing as noted by the label error on side 1 song 6 "Just Because". This song has a Public Domain (P.D.) publishing credit and all later pressings were corrected to Shelton/Shelton/Robbin. Songs include Little Richard's "Tutti frutti", Ray Charles "I Got a Woman", Carl Perkins "Blue suede shoes", "Blue moon" and more! This heavy weight rigid vinyl record rates EX, is clean and very glossy, has a few small light marks that look like sleeve marks, they do not effect on play, nothing heavy, has been well cared for! Has been PLAY TESTED, plays with excellent sound quality from start to finish, clear sound, very minimal surface noise, no skips, no jumps! The black RCA "Nipper" labels are in great shape, clean, no signatures or stickers! The cover rates VG+/EX, is clean and bright, has been well cared for, minimal ring wear, no signatures or writing, binder edge has wear but is readable, has corner wear, top and bottom seams have been neatly repaired with non-yellowing tape (unnoticeable), faint water mark on back, clean pictures of Elvis on front and back (see pics) Includes the original vintage RCA inner sleeve.
