Here is a extremely rare original 1967 uk Psych-Freakbeat 45 by 'The Exceptions'. The brilliant track 'The Eagle Flies On Friday' is a well established Psych-Freakbeat classic that has been comped quite a few times for the right reasons, it's a superb tune with some brilliant lead guitar and the lyrics are also great. This copy on offer here is in excellent+ very clean condition and both sides play and sound just about perfect. This rare Psych-Freakbeat 45 does not surface for sale very often and it may be some time before this excellent record surfaces for sale in this condition again, it's a real gem.

CONDITION = EX+

The vinyl is in superb EX+ very clean playing condition, both sides still have their brilliant deep glossy sheen, there are just one or two very small very light surface traces that do not effect play at all, there really are only very small signs of play as the vinyl still looks and plays close to new. Both sides play EX++ throughout with a really excellent very clear and clean sound quality that is free of clicks or pops and loud crackle, both sides actually play and sound just about perfect. The labels are in EX condition only having some extremely light bearly noticeable traces of storage wear. The 45 comes in it's original CBS records company sleeve which grades VG, there are just a few tiny rips around the front centre hole.

If you collect rare Mod, Psych and Freakbeat 45's and the stranger and more obscure beat and Pop-Sike releases from the mid to late 1960's then this excellent, musically brilliant very rare 1967 uk CBS 45 by 'The Exceptions' would make a really superb addition to any collection, in fact this 45 is pretty much essential to any serious Psych-Freakbeat 45 collection. It really is a gem.
