About This Record. I COMBINE Shipping. I am selling This item and then LOTS of RARE Pink Floyd Piper at the Gates of Dawn LPs.
This is an extremely rare original USA Mono copy of The Pink Floyd's "Piper at the Gates of Dawn" LP from 1967 that was released in the USA on the reddish brown or orange Tower Records label. Mono copies are 10 times as rare as original stereo copies; these never turn up, nor do my other 14 copies of this rare LP that I have for sale!
PLEASE CHECK my Feedback which will show you my grading, Cover/Vinyl, of other 45rpms and LPs I have recently sold graded Mint Minus (you won't find any) but you can find NM or EX or EX- or VG+ or VG (or whatever) AND what the lucky people who bought them think of them and our experience. The photos of the labels or cover list the songs and any possible details about the labels.
I offer full refund including shipping both ways for USA buyers in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase). Comes cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaner and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren. And at least one plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).
Cover Condition: Excellent Minus (EX-) cover with a one inch + scrape on bottom seam near corner which is about to split; Very small 1/4 splits on top and bottom of opening seam. Awesome front cover slick which has been in a plastic sleeve for the last 30 plus years; back cover shows light age marks (browning). Please see all of my photos of the cover and seams, spine, etc.
Vinyl Condition: Excellent Minus (EX-) keeper Copy; looks closer to VG+, but plays solid EX better . . . so EX- grade; no worries, this comes cleaned on my KLA Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine (like I always do), even though it did not need to be cleaned.
Labels. Near Mint (NM). Please look at my photos in case I missed something.
Inserts: Comes cleaned and in a new rice-paper Mobile Fidelity innersleeve. See photos.
Packaging. I clean all vinyl on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original. I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve from the cover after cleaning, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection. I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack in an MLP-1 oversize box with corner protectors, or a regular NICE cardboard box with stiffeners if needed, and I place neon stickers on the front and/or back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
