Here is a RARE lp album from my collection offered up for sale: The 1968 album, The Great Society with Grace Slick "Conspicuous in it's Absence" This was Grace Slick's 1st band with husband Darby Slick. The recordings were made before Grace was invited to join the "Jefferson Airplane", this is a RARE 1st pressing, with a "2 eye" original 1968 stereo labels that was released 1968 by Columbia Records CS-9624. The heavy weight vinyl record rates EX/Mint-, is super clean and glossy,near pristine! This record has been PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with excellent sound quality, great audio playback, a very enjoyable listen, outstanding for a 48 year old record! The vintage "6 eye" red and white labels are bright, no signatures or writing, free of spindle marks! The cover rates EX, is clean and bright, edge and corners have only light wear, binder edge is EX & readable, no splits, no tape, no signatures or writing. outstanding! Has cool Poster Offer inner printed sleeve with Beatles and Bob Dylan posters shown.(slight split at bottom center), see all photos.
