About This Record. Here's another cool rare slab of rarely seen vinyl from my Collection for sale a 25 year old DJ Promo Only Copy of one of my favorite Hendrix LPs ever (seriously). This is a 5LP Box set entitled The Radio Show from 1988 on Castle Records that has a narrated life of Jimi along with other happening events between tracks of cool Jimi takes that I don't think I otherwise have on vinyl, or you! I am a big Jimi Fan and I just lucked into a copy at the Austin Record Show that had a slightly nicer box and I just love this so I bought it, to pass on to my record friends around the world. Besides Jimi's mono Axis Bold as Love from Uruguay and Brazil that plays mono and lists the song "EXP" on side one but does not play it and spoil the seriousness of Axis. Comes hand-cleaned on my VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning machine (hate those automated 17's) and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren. And two plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).

Cover Condition: VG- because of water damage to front cover in lower left front that is very noticeable. Please See all the Photos I took. I didn't take them for fun and frolic.

Vinyl Condition: EX+. Light paper marks and discreet evidence of a few plays.

Labels: Near Mint labels. (Please see photos of all labels)

Inserts: Comes with original fold open insert that also has some water damage, but otherwise nice, and the vinyl also comes cleaned on my VPI Record Cleaning Machine and in a new innersleeve (so the old dust does not reattach! OH my gosh!!.

Packaging. I clean all vinyl on my V.P.I. Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original. I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection. I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least one insert stiffener, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and “Fragile” to help facilitate a safe passage.

I ship promptly worldwide; sometimes the automatic eBay invoice does not have accurate shipping if you buy more than one LP, so if you are unsure email me and ask for an invoice. . . . I will ship by any method you want. But if you do not pay for protecting your purchase by requesting insurance, or expensive International Priority Mail, then please understand the record will be shipped at your own risk and not mine.
