DOMESTIC $ 5 PLUS $ 1 EACH INTERNATIONAL $ 21 PLUS $ 7 EACH – One of those great NWOBHM mega rare  mysteries where any kind of information simply does not exist. Band was named after the Jimi Hendrix song.  Their lone album a NWOBHM classic is an masterwork of  1970’s hard rock/psych influenced by NWOBHM Metal . Ezy Rider was a very obscure New Wave of British Heavy Metal band featuring vocalist Ian Perry, guitarist John Streicher, bassist Gabriel Malagodi, and drummer Richard Keetch that recorded an independent album entitled Power, in 1981, then they vanished into oblivion.   Fantastic album  similar to early Ted Nugent/ Jimi Hendrix with tones of MC5 and early Grand Funk Railroad ( when they rocked hard !). What makes this album extra special is the great songs. Perhaps few today remember Ezy Ryder. The album was recorded with a small budget, but musically very valid and does not deserve at all to end in oblivion. The Jimi Hendrix influence is certainly present throughout the album and particularly evident in songs like "Rock & Roll Tonight" and "Preacher Man". In addition, the instrumental approach of the band is also bonded to a hard rock typically seventies style, giving ample space for long and flowing guitar solos. Also the fact that their are  four epic  instrumental tracks (of eleven tracks). The title track, a very brilliant track which alternates between outbursts hard rock riffs and slower pace soloing for a period of more than seven minutes. "Teazer" and the opener "Ezy On The Highway"  which emerges here is the heavier side of the band with classic NWOBHM songs. This being an indie release early in the nwobhm movement along with only 300 records pressed makes it very hard to obtain. Discog has a VG COPY FOR $ 200. SOUND CLIPS   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAEIP-9t_rI   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nive36Mz_JI Suggest
