Record playing surfaces are rated Mint Minus to Mint Minus Minus, per Better Records. A Top 100 title for Better Records. Stored since purchased in an anti-static inner sleeve and an outer poly protective sleeve.

 

Comment: Please keep in mind you are purchasing a record that sounds fantastic, with a cover that exhibits a good bit of shelf wear. The cover condition is not at all unusual for this Eagles record.
