Description
I am a hobbyist. I would not know how to grade records properly and will not make that claim but I can tell you after just listening to this album it does have a few pops, 7 to 10 on side 1 and crackling at end run off and you can hear crackles between tracks. Side 2 is the same, maybe a bit quieter at the end run off.
I do not have a professional cleaner and I hesitate to wash in the sink with soap like my 78's.
Good news is it does play all the way through with no skips. Visually looking at it there is a mark on each side. I could not hear either of these marks when played. This record could use a professional cleaning.
Overall it is not a bad copy. I would be interested to hear it again after a good cleaning.
I've had it since 1984 when I found it in the dorm room at Clark Air Base Philippines I was assigned to. If its yours tell me the room number and what else you left in there and ill ship it to you. I have been playing records all my life and did have a turntable there but I never played this record. the center hole on side one has a few spindle marks and side 2 has one. So it has been played. Moving it in and out of storage has takin its toll on the top box cover as seen in the photos. I was a photographer in the Air Force and I've tried my best to show you the harm that this record has received. May only be good for a conversation piece or if you need a prop in a movie to some. And that's all I have to say about that.
