This listing is for a rare early Ska 45 classic 'Oil In My Lamp' by The Ska Kings on the Atlantic label. First Pressing BAT 4003.
Atlantic didn't put a lot of Ska or Reggae so it's quite a rarity. The Ska Kings were better known as Byron Lee and the Dragonaires
You can clearly hear those American R&B influences in these early Ska tracks.

I am grading the record as VG. It has quite a few light paper scratches but nothing major. Some spindle marks.
It's nice that it has the original sleeve as well. Obviously these are very perishable so it adds to the rarity and completeness. 
A nice copy and i'm starting it at £1.00 with no reserve.
Both sides play well with the typical crackle and hiss but a very clean sound.
Much of this old reggae/rocksteady was played to death at parties when it came out and copies were often ruined. This has survived in pretty good shape and hopefully will be played and appreciated for years to come.
A rare and collectable record.
