The Cotton Club Orchestra, the core group of which went on to call

themselves the Missourians for Victor, and ultimately became the Cab

Calloway Band, here play "Down And Out Blues" and "Snag 'Em

Blues" on flag label Columbia 287-D.


Both sides were recorded on January 6, 1925 in New York.


The record is in excellent to excellent-minus (E to E-) condition on the

A side, and excellent (E) condition on the B side.
