Very rare and highly prised 70s roots 7", on the 56 Hope road label, produced and recorded at Tuff Gong. This is definitely one of the few highly sought after 7s on Bob Marley's label, one of the best productions to appear on the label, and a personal favourite . The Earth Disciples, younger friends of Bob were: Devon Beckford (aka Ziggy Soul) Roy Dillon, Calpert Nicholson, Errol Porter and others. Other participants to this track: Tryone Downie, Junior Murvin. This is their 1st track out of only 3 recordings ever. Classic roots with wailing and dreadful roots chanting, lamenting the Kingstonian tribal turf wars. Highly prised 7”, original Jamaican press, not perfect condition but music plays strong: small skip on the intro for this particular recording, but can play through with no skip if heavy needle is used.
